Objectives:

We aim to create a safe and supportive environment where individuals and families can explore their challenges and embark on a journey towards healing.

Promote Holistic Healing: Our objective is to integrate a holistic approach to therapy, drawing from a diverse range of evidence-based practices, including individual and systemic therapy, cognitive and behavioral therapy, experiential learning, and attachment-based methods. We believe in fostering healing in mind, body, and spirit.

My therapeutic approach is eclectic, grounded in individual and systemic therapy.  As life happens, we have choices to make.  I seek to highlight and harness my clients’ ability to rise as they choose to respond appropriately.


My work is rooted   in four core psychological principles which I refer to as H.E.R.O; humanistic   perspective, extension of unconditional love, replacing of negative beliefs and openness to new possibilities.
